What do the different testing meters measure?
There are many different hydroponics meters for various purposes, such as measuring:

What is the difference between TDS and EC?
TDS and EC hydroponics meters both measure the amount of dissolved solid nutrients in your solution, but they do so in different ways. EC means Electrical Conductivity — the meter applies electrical voltage and records the motion of the nutrients in milliSiemens per centimeter (mS/cm). Higher conductivity means a higher concentration of nutrients.
TDS is Total Dissolved Solids, with the meter measuring nutrient concentration in parts per million (PPM). Neither type of hydroponics meter is necessarily better; it just depends on how you prefer to measure your solution.
